Fit & Pilates Guide
Torso length: Height alone doesn’t determine torso fit. When trying on, check that the shoulders and crotch feel comfortable when sitting, bending and reaching overhead. Pulling at the shoulders or crotch can indicate insufficient torso length; excess fabric can indicate a fit that is too long.
Choosing a size: Available in Small, Medium and Large. Choose using your bust, waist and hip measurements against any size chart provided, rather than relying on your usual size alone. If between sizes, consider the larger size for more room, then check torso fit. Don’t size down simply to increase compression. If unsure, contact us for sizing help before ordering.
Pilates & mat work: A one-piece style can be an option for Pilates, but suitability depends on your individual fit and comfort. Before class, try a seated roll-down, bridge and gentle leg stretch. Check for pulling, seam pressure against the mat, coverage and freedom of movement. Adjust or choose another size if the fit restricts comfortable breathing or movement.
Care: Follow the garment’s care label for washing and drying instructions. Check it before using heat, bleach or fabric softener.
